      No one has value to this company. You may be here for 15 years, they still see you as replaceable. They would rather cycle through people than take care of the one's they have.

      There aren't many pros since it's a manufacturing plant. Health Insurance 401K

      Cons

      You are on the feet the whole time It's a hot work environment Supervisors aren't the greatest Plant manager seems to get angry over the littlest things
