      Pros

      - Still small enough to really progress your career - People are rewarded for a job well done - The people, everyone is always willing to help, are nice and just amazing to work with - There are clear, progressive plans for the future of the business - it is exciting to be a part of it

      Cons

      - The benefits/holiday package are not competitive, needs improvement - Work/Life balance can sometimes be hard as there is a lot to do, they're working on it though!
