They promise "promotions" that are actually just more work for the same pay. • Toxic Culture: It’s not about how hard you work; it’s about whose "friend" you are. Favoritism is rampant. Admin and Finance get special treatment while Ops staff get burnt out. • Operational Mess: One person forced to do the job of five. If things go wrong, it’s your fault. If you work late, it’s "charity."
