Great work atmosphere and hard work goes a long way in the company. Founders are very dedicated and try their hardest to make product work. There are some issues here and there but engineers are always communicating.

Not able to work full time.

- nice junior employees - nice enough office space

- no structure, and no willingness to implement structure - micro-managey and apathetic leadership - it's clear that both the president and ceo have never had management experience - toxic culture: unclear and misaligned rules. "feedback" is given in public spaces with others around. - no org charts, so no clear growth opportunities, and no mentorship - bro culture: video games>meetings. all leadership is male and leadership values other males. - company values don't exist. literally - they have no company values.
