Pros
Strong performance with a wonderful team of people. The success of the company is starting to filter down to all staff. It's taken a while but the company is growing and the attitude of the board and senior management is maturing. This is a good place to work and is heading in the direction of a great place to work.
Cons
Rome wasn't built in a day and some things do take time, which can be frustrating.
