No Job Security - Assistant Company Secretary XML International Employee Review

I had a disappointing experience working at XML International. There is absolutely no job security—employees can be asked to leave without any notice or valid reason. The workload is excessive, and you're often expected to handle responsibilities beyond your role without proper support or appreciation. The work environment is highly stressful and lacks transparency or clear communication from the management. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for long-term growth or a healthy work culture.
