Easy to get hired, but dangerous working conditions - Forklift Operator XPO Employee Review

Awful overtime system. I just wanted to be a driver but that requires you to be a forklift operator doing grueling hard labor for chump change. They watch you like a hawk and make you do ridiculously dangerous manuevers on a cramped dock to get that trailer loaded and finished.
