      Company is good. Back office manager is very bad. Does politics... Remove the manager

      Pros

      Good Pay compared to most entry level jobs

      Cons

      Management pushes everything onto the supervisors who are already drowning with an expectation of change. The pay is the only reason most stay which is sad because the job in theory is not really a bad one.
