Pros
You learn how to not treat employees, how to manage deadlines incorrectly, and all the things to do wrong in a corporation. It helps you to learn what you don't want out of another job going forward.
Cons
This is an organization that moves fast and no one ever stops to reflect on how anything actually works around here or the actual work it would take to fix something. Everything is a series of hurry up and fix it or it should have been fixed 5 days ago - and if you don't have it fixed in the next 3 hours well you might as well refresh your resume because you are about to get fired. A lot of employees are overworked (working close to 60-70 hours a week) yet no one in management seems to care they continue to make comments that you aren't doing enough or producing enough. This organization needs a complete redesign. We do not operate as one but as mini companies under one umbrella. Their latest attempt to streamline job titles is the corporate way of policing what everyone is doing. There is also a lack of trust within the entire organization. Everyone spends more time covering themselves because they are afraid as to who is going to say what when the tides turn.
