Pros
Health insurance (if you're not a temp). Initially start you off with a slightly above average pay rate. Occasionally, temps are hired full time. Upper management is approachable (most often). Occasionally orders pizza for everyone. Occasionally has drawings for $10-15 gift cards. Safety is a high priority (even if it's mainly to avoid a lawsuit).
Cons
Most lower management is severely incompetent. The company does not respect it's workers or temps (lower level employees and temps are extremely expendable. Temps also make up almost half of the workforce at any given time at the facility). In fact, the turnover rate is astronomical. Upper management promises New Breed is an excellent career to grow into, but fails to prove that. There is very little room to grow within the company. Raises typically only come to the individuals who the company can't afford to lose, who threaten to leave. During low seasons, the company weeds out workers, either by firing them, or giving them excuses to leave. Work schedules are day-by-day. You'll never know when you'll leave for the evening until your pre-shift meeting (regardless of what management says the day or days before). The bottom line is this: the ONLY thing New Breed: Disney cares about their numbers. Employee satisfaction is nonexistent.
