I have worked with XPO in Birmingham AL for over a year and it has been one of the best jobs I have had. The environment of the workplace is wonderful with great management. XPO also provide great benefits. Before I hit my one year with XPO I was promoted so XPO offers multiple career opportunities and the opportunity to grow within the company.
Cons
This one thing about being in the transportation industry is the stress that will come with the job. With that being said XPO offers a great work life balance that that stress is left at the door, but what job does not come with stress

The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
