Pros

Large company with many different transportation related employment opportunities. Current benefits are pretty good, low premiums. Bonus structure rewards employees based on company performance. (these may change post acquisition)

Cons

After a string of acquisitions, the management is very disorganized. There is a shoot from the hip, broker mentality which seeks to maximize profitability at the expense of long term stability for the business and it's employees. This strategy could hurt many of it's non brokerage units. There is also a very aggressive and one sided non compete agreement to sign on day 1. They also have non solicit agreements with many of their customers, vendors and third parties they've sued in the past. If you start here, it will be difficult to leave if you aren't happy. I would recommend avoiding this company until it matures or it's CEO has sold it off and moved on again.

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
