      Pros

      The environment is conducive for 1 or 2 years of IT work, before seriously thinking of doing higher-end IT work. Good degree of autonomy.

      Cons

      Technologies to learn are limited, but it is expected for a small company.

      Pros

      They pay abovce average and has nice benefits.

      Cons

      shifting goals from upper management. No constructive feedback is given if something is wrong. Being in office to work. 70% of the various could work remotely but they still force in office collababation and dont agree with hybrid scheduling.
