1. You fly budget and stay in pairs in the cheapest of hotels when you travel for work. 2. Whole management levels are based on favoritism. Don't care if you have no experience, if the boss likes you, congrats you get to manage the whole department. 3. Tons of politics because of point 2. 4. Tons of dead weights. 5. Scammers, data are fake. I hope token/coin owners are here to do your research before you list with XT. 5 million users? More like 80k, and 98% of them are fake or inactive. 3-4b daily transaction value? More like money laundering money or market makers. 6. Boss ran with his tails between his legs when the company was under fire from the government body for illegally using foreigners on visit passes, and started accusing everyone. 7. Reviews on trust pilot, App Store/Google Play, and even here are mostly bought or faked. 8. Company is full of perverts. Managers going around harassing female staff, 0 punishment. Managers going around touching female staff, 0 punishment. 9. Again, on politics, your colleagues/manager will stab you in the back when you perform well so you won't threaten his/her position... So, please don't perform well if you decide to join the company. 10. Pregnant staff got forced to resign and signed NDA because she will be away for too long. 11. Boss will always preach to you about how much better the Chinese are because they are paid low and work hard. Always complaining why we don't work till 12 am. If you OT every day and came in the office late 5 minutes, you'll be called out for being late. Who wants to OT in such a company?
