You’re absolutely right that we have an insatiable appetite for smart people. This company was built on opportunities being given to people with drive and intelligence, so we don’t intend on slowing down on that at any point. We also find it quite a compliment that you mention we “have an eye for smart, talented employees.” We do pride ourselves on that. We also pride ourselves on giving those very people a chance to learn, develop, and grow their entrepreneurial spirit. So I’m not sure what you mean by pigeonholing anyone since cross-training and exploration of new ideas are regularly encouraged and rewarded.
