Above average pay for managers than the other companies who offer the same services to hospitals; Ok insurance plan; Pays for relo; Large budgets for supplies;
Cons
Long hours (even 6 day work weeks); Very little promotion from within unless your dad is a Regional Manager or higher; If you apply for a certain position, makes sure you confirm that with HR when you interview - they have a tendency to mislead you during the interview process (almost like a bait and switch); Training/On-boarding is a joke and in my experience, no training once you start at your account - you have to learn on the fly; Seems they hire a lot of rejects from other companies like Crothall, Aramark, and Sodexo to help fill their positions due high manager turnover.
