Pros

Everyone at Xceed is great to work with - both peers and management. Management team is very open and concerned about their employees. The high quality of personnel makes me feel very fortunate to be a part of the team.

Cons

No U.S. HQ location. Jobs are work from home, which is also a pro. But it would be nice if there was a place for everyone to meet from time to time.

Pros

Honestly, cannot say there were many pros's. All the talk of family and close culture is a farce. If you are a former IBM employee you might have a better chance at being an insider. If you're not an "insider" project details and direction come only by insisting on it and then at a cost to you.

Cons

First off, the American division of Xceed is not really guided or inline with the UK side. I hear the UK side has its ducks in a row. But honestly in my tenure here, I encountered almost every possible HR/Ethics violation. A real HR department's worst nightmare. Management sleeping with Account Managers, conflicts of interest in every direction, no resources to complete or begin work. I cannot stress enough, don't swallow the cool aide, just stay away.
