      Fantastic people and wonderful environment. Company with good ethics and always trying to help the community.

      Cons

      Inconsistent schedule for "busy" times and "off" times so it was hard to plan around. High stress for long periods of time.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
