      Co-workers and most management were great! A Lot of fun around the holidays, showed appreciation for employees!

      Cons

      Difficult to obtain a different opportunity. Most times you have to remain in call center for at least 5 years before moving anywhere else in the company.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
