      Great company to work for with a bunch of knowledgeable and experienced engineers.

      Cons

      No defined training programs for new engineers, you just figure it out as you go with the help of more experienced engineers, of course.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
