Decent pay, steady work, reliable income, no real worry of getting fired
Cons
Senior Leadership team only cares about shareholders, and doesn't care at all about employee happiness. Nuclear had hybrid work taken away with no real reason given other than "we need to recover and do better". They are very lucky there isn't any local competition for nuclear work.
