      Freedom to be your own boss. You get to work with the best machines in the business. The founder of the company is great at getting what you need to succeed.

      Cons

      Minority owner does not like to pay you for the work you have done. You compete against Xerox corporate sales staff.

      Pros

      CEO understands that people are the most valuable asset in a company. Family atmosphere. We win together and we lose together. Everyone has each other's backs. No back stabbing and usual sales junk most companies put up with. Best place I've worked at in years.

      Cons

      Fast growing company and systems are having to change to keep up. Wait, that's not a con. It's just a fact of growth.
