      An all inclusive culture and a young international team with a lot of cohesiveness. Brilliant HR too! Business model a combination of traditional ERP consulting and product development, incorporating cutting new age IT technologies IOT, block chain.

      Cons

      None. A young leadership with a distinct Steve Jobs like approach to business. Fast moving and spontaneous therefore an optimal cultural fit for people in the 20s and 30s. Great place to learn

      Respect and professionalism are present at all levels of the company. I'm trusted to manage my tasks independently without micromanagement. Additionally, the management team supports long-term career growth with clear opportunities for advancement.

      Limited on team building activities.

      Pros

      My coworkers here were great. Couldn't say enough good things about them.

      Cons

      The management was not good. Lifespan of an employee was very short. The pay was not competitive. While I worked there I was asked to review on the company on GlassDoor and give a good review which I felt was very unprofessional.
