Before Capsugel brought them and the new Lonza now the company was find, now every week "the wish you well" e mail goes out every Friday for yet another person, soon there will only be supervisors and managers, who's going to work?
Cons
They are letting everyone who works go. Heavy favoritism and lack of leadership, I do not even think they know what leadership means. Positions given to friends who are clueless to the jobs they are given. Performance is not even a term nor is safety. Crucial equipment for operations destroy on a regular basis.
