From the start they will try to low-ball you as much as possible for the highest amount of work and squeeze you dry. Progression is little to non and benefits are terrible HR team is not supportive and not familiar with processes. Doesn't value your personal working space Senior Management has been stuck in the same environment for too long and hence does not back you nor look out for you and neither are they receptive to feedback.
