Extremely low pay, while Heads of and Sr management are making 70k to 100k. If you're under one those roles, you'll be making 32k to 36k and doing more complex work operations work. Keep in mind, most of the Head of and Sr Managment would not be considered for employment at Uber directly. As they don't exhibit the smart high-quality employees Uber has and wants. They started great! But then they started hiring people from outside of Uber that don't want to take the time to get to know the company or the people around them. If you know Uber, then you know we have smart and intelligent people. The new Sr management is nothing like the incredible Uber hires from the last 6 years. They have their noses so high in the air and look down on everyone. Racism runs ramped in the Xchange Org it's disgusting. And the management team allows it to happen. They run on a buddy system and not by the hard work you display. if you're looking for a great career stay away from Xchange and just apply directly to Uber.
