My experience was disappointing due to poor employee treatment and lack of transparency. 🔹 Employees were forced into unpaid leave. In such situation, the only choice is to resign voluntarily. 🔹 No Empathy from HR – Responses to employee concerns were generic and templated, showing a lack of genuine care. Instead of listening, HR simply followed a script.

This office was initially very promising with the concepts, ideas and clients present. Suitable for fresh graduates or those who are working for the first time.

However, in the past 2 years salaries have often been late but employees are still required to be professional. Many employees complain, but management doesn't seem to think this is urgent, even employees who are forced to resign have not received their rights. HR is very indecisive. On the other hand, career paths are unclear and this company still depends on just one person in the top position. We often talk about transparency but in the end it is not transparent. Frequent nonsense on several occasions. Hire new people in critical conditions but don't have the money to pay salaries.
