Pros

Cons

lack of resources or investment into the business to kick on to the next level. Lack of career development or planning in place to help employees grow.

We appreciate your feedback. As an organisation listening to our employees is key. This has enabled us to make changes to our business model, which allows us to make Xe a successful business with a culture that people want to work for and thrive in. It seems the changes made have not been as successful as we would have liked and there is more work that needs to be done to improve our operational effectiveness. Our global management team work collaboratively to ensure our clients are served well and employees are respected and well looked after. Our approach seems to have failed with you and for this we apologise. We would very much welcome a confidential conversation with you to discuss your feedback further. You can reach me via email at kelly.fay@xe.com

Pros

Very active team communication, employee benefits

Cons

The HR team floods sites like these with positive reviews to drown out the slew of negative reviews that exist. You get hired to work for one company and end up responsible for that role across Xe, Ria, Dandelion, John Lewis, and whatever other brands they spontaniously absorb. Pay does not reflect work effort expected. Rely heavily on AI generated content with little to no sense checking. Denver office is NOT diverse. It's extremely clique-y and the price to enter the club is not worth the trouble. Xe and Ria are nepotism's best friends. They're unpredictable, make decisions that break downstream systems without care, and will radically change your responsibilities at the drop of a hat. Do not recommend.
