1. Not professional at all. Zero respect. Verbal abuse from CEO in the name of constructive feedback - (constant use of works like stupid, idiot, good for nothing, work at McD, lazy). We were made to write letters stating how lazy / stupid we were in the name of learnings. 2. Cult like behavior - an accountability partner system exists - if someone does not do their work, their "accountably partner" gets "punishment" - punishments include shaving head, getting demoted, excluded form team lunch etc etc 2. No hiring department. All the work is done manually by the junior analysts - from replying to each 100 emails to the final stage. 3. Managers are rude and blame junior analysts if project gets delayed. Favoritism exists. 4. When someone questions the authority on their behavior or the refuses to come work on weekends (after the long hours on weekday) - they are fired
