Hi, it’s James here. Thank you for leaving your feedback with us. We are a growing startup and we are always looking for ways to improve ourselves. I know that whilst we do try hard, we do not always get it right and I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience while working with us. We had to make a lot of difficult decisions over the last year and I know that the recentralisation of the team was a disappointment for those who enjoyed the flexibility and autonomy of working from home. However, this was the best decision for the business and has improved our operations significantly. That being said, I do understand that this would not have been a popular decision, and would be appreciative of any further feedback you have on this.
