Pros
The China team is the real engine behind the work. Very dedicated, focused, and consistently delivering results, often without the recognition they deserve Several U.S. team members also have the potential to shine but are overlooked due to internal politics and leadership insecurity Opportunities to learn quickly if you're resourceful and able to navigate a lack of direction
Cons
Leadership lacks transparency and accountability. Feedback is rare until it’s time to justify a decision that’s already been made. High turnover is treated as routine; departures are framed with vague or misleading narratives. Recognition and career growth are blocked by favoritism, not performance. Critical work often gets done behind the scenes by the most capable teams, while others take credit. In one instance, an employee was deliberately isolated and forced to communicate through a single person the person whom is known internally as part of the problem. That employee eventually quit. This kind of gatekeeping speaks volumes about the company’s culture. Certain leaders make unilateral decisions without transparency, often relying on loosely formed opinions rather than facts. The lack of accountability at the top continues to drive strong talent away.
