Pros
Honestly there's no pros.
there's no benefits, $10/hr, boss walks around to watch if you're on your phone, you have to prepare own seminar every week as a homework so that means there's short weekend for you
Cons
1. before the interview they say that they want to hire you "full-time" but in reality, you're working more than 8 hours and you get minimum and you're not a full time. You're an intern.
2. I went to bathroom few times because I had a stomachache and the employer told me try to use bathroom during lunch hour..
3. they make you to prepare for a seminar every week and it's not knowledgeable at all. It's just the employer wants to show off his knowledge. I learned nothing from it.
4. The employer said everyone's full-time employees. In reality I found out who I thought to be senior level was just a college kid working during summer break. There were no full-time employees except the employer himself.
