After pursuing the CDAC course, i got selected by Xperi. There are 10 new join employees.we Started new journey with amazing surprises like welcome kit, Guava tree planting in Bhopal garden on behalf of me. By planting the tree they showed us how valuable we are for the company. After starting the new journey Urvashi and Manroop arrange one Launchpad session gor us which was for 3 days.The session was handled by Sunny Sharma . He is the amazing personality i must say. In that session we learned How to deal with the situation. How to groom yourself. How we should utilize our time to become successful. How to control your emotions in difficult situation and How can you become a good leader. That Launchpad session gives new direction to our career and our personal life also. We have just started our journey with amazing surprises and now looking forward to become a valuable part of Xperi Thanks to all team.
