Company doesn't seem to be doing too well, therefore executives do not invest in their departments. Tools and processes are outdated and there are long hours due to being understaffed. Salary also is low compared to industry standards. Executives seem to lack the right vision for the company, which is a shame because the lower levels of the company have so much talent.
