6yWe recognize employees are our number one asset; therefore, we value the personal and professional growth of our team members. This past year, we promoted 64 employees and internally transferred 38 employees to new roles to build on their strengths. We look forward to continue this internal growth.
FieldEdge is a fast growing company, more than doubling in size in the last two years. With this growth comes pain points but that is to be expected. There have been some changes we have had to make to ensure we are scaling our business. While some of these changes have impacted the employee benefits, we still strive to provide attractive and competitive benefit offerings.
Our Unlimited PTO Policy has been a favorite of employees. We had received feedback that not all departments were handling this fairly so we have addressed this in our revised Flexible Time Off Policy. The revised policy includes a minimum of 10 days off per year requirement to ensure everyone is taking time to recharge their batteries. This policy also provides the opportunity to use paid time off toward maternity leave in additional to Short Term Disability benefits paid for by the company.
We make an honest effort to monitor industry and market wages to ensure we are remaining fair and competitive.
