Over my short career I've been lucky enough to work in some pretty progressive and forward thinking workplaces, none of them compare to Xplor. Xplor gives you and incredible amount of trust and accountability right from the get go, You are measured by outcomes not by hours your allowed to make your own choices about how and where you work. The recent growth has allowed Xplor to gather a huge amount of talent from across the market, there's a genuine great group of people that you can learn from everyday and xplor/TSG is invested in your growth/ learning. The visions and values that mark has placed flow down through every position and everyone that joins echos this and accelerates this.

It's a fast paced environment, sometimes a week can feel like a month would in other businesses, if this isn't your thing or if you want to cruise through, this isn't the place for you.
