- A talented group of passionate people who care about the industries and people they serve - They're really upping their investment in helping people to grow their careers. Cool things like access to Udemy for everyone + giving everyone 10% of their time to focus on personal and career development. - It's fast-paced and growing quickly which means there's a lot of opportunity to get involved in different parts of the company. - There's been a real focus on inclusion and diversity, including unconscious bias training for everyone plus a lot of internal education to help people learn about different cultures which has been pretty cool. - They launched a new brand earlier this year, it's pretty cool and nice to see the company growing in a good way.
Cons
- It's a high-change environment and things are growing quickly, so you need to be able to ride the wave and flex yourself - It's a truly global company, so sometimes you have to take calls at odd hours (but our team is super flexible, so I control my calendar and balance this out)
