You should sort by lowest ratings, there are a lot of really good examples of what I am about to say.
This place isn’t a tech job, they don’t pay market rate nor do they train you how to actually work in a software company. It’s the good ole boys club with a desire to promote people who look the part. Lots of questionable relationships with managers and employees that everyone can see, but no one acknowledges. The leadership in the organization is focused on how they can look the best to everyone who doesn’t work there, but really care nothing for the people who are there today. In fact, you will probably see a flurry of positive reviews after this is posted, that’s because they care more about their glassdoor rating than employee retention.
Be weary of what you see. Go to LinkedIn and see all the people who have left and how long they were there, not many people make it past a year or so because it’s not a place that you can grow and develop in.
