Many of the problems at FieldEdge stem from leadership. Promotions are based on office politics instead of experience and work ethic. Leadership likes to call the company a family, but there’s a clear divide between the "inner circle" and everyone else. HR is pure optics at this point. They’ll turn a blind eye to employee concerns and inappropriate employee-manager relationships.
Senior leadership thinks the solution to these issues is to have more meetings, but that doesn’t get to the core of the problem. The toxic environment will always be pervasive unless they change who they put in charge.
