- Lack of transparency and effective communication - Constant leadership turnover - Inconsistency at the Executive level
Leadership is completely out of touch and clueless as to how to run this company. I literally watched the CEO of my dept return from maternity leave and post an announcement about high-level executive layoffs "softened" by a promise for "baby pictures soon!". It was shockingly tone-deaf and a huge red flag.
This company bought a ton of smaller companies and has absolutely no direction from leadership on how to manage them. They seem to be spinning their wheels most of the time and the constant changes in approach and direction for projects cause them to usually completely derail.
Overall, they don't seem to have a vision for the future of this company, morale is about as low as I've ever seen at a tech company with no plans to improve it in sight (they aren't hitting their overly ambitious company goals so don't expect bonuses, travel, or any sort of perks).
