Pros
There are many supportive people here. Due to rapid growth, the company actively encourages innovation and process changes to boost efficiency. Management strives to be receptive, which is great. People don't take themselves too seriously either, which keeps things interesting. The Orbit leave perks are fantastic—you get to work from anywhere for two months a year—and office days are only two days per week.
Cons
The pace of change has been intense. Several of the benefits we once enjoyed have been cut, and overall, the company culture has suffered. It is concerning to see talented individuals leaving because they feel overworked and undercompensated. Although the office space is not ideal, the office coordinator remains a positive force, keeping everything together.
