The team is really helpful. Good office environment. There's good discipline.

The CEO is not a good person. Even though he has created a good environment to work, I did not liked his personality at all. It really seemed that he did not know what to do with us or had any thoughtful action plan on how to lead us. I understand people coming from public universities of bangladesh, they suffer from superiority complex. Which he shared without any hesitation. But it is shocking that he is directing an IT company and does not know that iterative development, continues development is part of CSE curriculum. I had a really bad experience with him. He could have stayed professional. He also has this way of testing people which I definitely believe can be fooled easily. Does not value hard work. Expects people to change their minds instantly and gets frustrated easily. He tried to give lectures every week, I can tell he has no preparation for it and even if he knows to talk, quickly changes topic to another.
