Pros

The benefits are genuinely great, probably the only redeeming quality. The first year felt promising, with exciting projects and a collaborative environment.

Cons

Constant hiring and firing, job stability is a myth. The company continues hiring in Russia via third-party agencies, despite publicly distancing itself. Layoffs always affect local employees, while expats are untouched — a clear bias. Leadership turned political and toxic almost overnight. If you’re “their people,” you’ll magically skip interview steps, get fast-tracked, and even receive sign-on bonuses, despite the company not officially offering them. Salary distribution is wildly inconsistent. Some individuals are overpaid with no real contribution.. just endless talk and no results. Gossip is rampant and confidentiality is nonexistent. People from other departments know your salary, professionalism is lacking.

Pros

Many people I worked with are dedicated, talented, and knowledgeable in their field. Unfortunately, the workplace culture often relies heavily on their efforts without providing adequate support or recognition.

Cons

The organization would benefit from stronger communication practices and more stable leadership. Employees frequently experienced uncertainty and stress due to inconsistent and often erratic decision making from senior leadership, starting with the CEO, HR leadership often chooses to reinforce or outright enable ineffective management practices.
