      Pros

      pay well, many features to test, new technology also in hardware and software, the company is located at the kibutz so the atmosphere is very relaxed, nice and intelligent people to work with.

      Cons

      many new tasks at once, need to be open minded and agile in order to handle all of the tasks at once.

      - Very good compensation (salary and other benefits) - Great people (both socially & professionally) - Being a part of a huge success story - The new product seems like a good opportunity to learn new technologies

      Cons

      - The original product isn't developed any more. - The company culture went through some major modifications under Dell - Most of the experienced people left over the last 2 years
