The place is a joke, ran poorly from the top down. In the year i worked there, nearly 50 people left. Some walk, some are fired, most dissapear under the cover of darkness. They paint this Image of growing company, constantly expanding and recruiting, but the truth is, after a few months in this place, you either leave or you are sacked. the whole place is ran on a blame culture, anyone will stitch you up or throw you under the buss, not because they are bad people, but it's literally every person for themselves... Most of the positives reviews on here for this compnay are fake. Every time a bad review was left, the staff would be pressured into submitted good reviews whilst the management were frantically emailing glass door to get the bad ones removed...

The coffee machine, it's a bean to cup.

Summarized Owner is stuck in the 80s, shouting and belittling staff. Lacks attention, focus, drive and motivation. Complains about the little things when the big, obvious things are left untouched. Doesn’t reward staff, sets ridiculous sales targets, lost sight on growth markets and doesn’t understand technology despite running an IT support company. Staff are treat like little pigs on a farm. Fed once a week, thrown some scraps and they remain obedient. Clueless but obedient. Anyone not obedient is marked for removal. Customers are routinely over-sold, under-sold or mis-sold services because the sales team don’t understand technology and don’t care about customer satisfaction. They are very passionate about their commission though. Family run business with half the family members promoted every other quarter. The other half ran away. There is no room for personal development. No training, no support, no advice and no guidance. The culture is toxic. There is no trust between teams/ departments. There is no working from home at all for anyone – except when they need a report or a proposal ASAP and then we’re allowed to work from home on a Tuesday at 10pm without pay. Life at xuper is a life lesson in how not what to do, how not to run a company, how not to work with people and how not to conduct yourself.
