In my role as Team Operations Coordinator, I’ve had the opportunity to take on meaningful projects, contribute to strategic initiatives, and see the impact of my work across the company. The environment at Xurrent is one of genuine collaboration, open idea-sharing, and mutual support that helps everyone improve every day. I’ve had the chance to work alongside smart and thoughtful colleagues who challenge me in the best ways and inspire me to grow. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and I’ve learned so much in my time at Xurrent. I’m so grateful to work at a company that challenges me to think outside the box and embraces forward-thinking ideas.

Working here has been a positive experience. The people are genuinely kind, collaborative, and easy to work with. There’s a strong sense of trust and openness, and it’s easy to ask questions, share ideas, or just brainstorm together when something needs solving. Leadership is approachable and genuinely listens, feedback is taken seriously, and it often leads to real change. The flexibility is also something I really value. Work-life balance is respected, and it’s nice to have that understanding when life happens. The company also gives autonomy to take ownership of projects. If you’re a self-starter, you’ll have the freedom to build processes and influence decisions.

Like any company that’s growing, we’re still figuring out some of our processes. Things move quickly, and sometimes priorities shift, but there’s always a willingness to collaborate and adjust together.
