      Laid back and the kids are great some anyway

      The job is ghetto! Two bullies bianca and dawn create a hostile workplace the ceo has blind eye to the ghetto crap that goes on terrible company to work for if they are in charge the rachet twins need to be broken up

      Flexible, great program supervisor, opportunities to gain experience, opportunities to learn about child development.

      Cons

      No yearly raises, no bonuses, doesn’t pay a living wage. No room for growth within program. Can lead to burn out if not balanced well with personal life.
