Fully remote, 401k match, health insurance. There are some truly great people here.
Cons
A company created on, and driven by, their own Kool-Aid. The potential to contribute to a life-changing financial tool is diluted by internal politics, a lack of formal operational or HR structures, and a toxic 'good vibes only' culture. I repeatedly witnessed those with ingenuity, action-orientation, and dedication be terminated or punished because they dared try to voice their opinions or create substantial change. Senior leaders largely have no applicable corporate experience and middle management receives no management training. There's no pathway for career development. Pay is far below industry standards.
