Good team environment with supportive colleagues and flexibility day to day. Opportunity to build relationships with schools and candidates while developing recruitment and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

The role can be busy at times, but that’s expected within recruitment. Occasionally there can be a lot going on at once, although the team is always willing to help and support where needed.

Working at YSA has been a really positive experience for me. The team environment is supportive and welcoming, and there is always someone willing to help if needed. The role is fast paced, which keeps every day different and interesting, and there are good opportunities to learn and develop within recruitment.
