Pros
There is a real sense of community here. They do their best to make you feel appreciated and the work they are doing is very emotionally challenging, but the company is supportive of the struggles that come with it.
Cons
It can sometimes be a bit chaotic or disorganized as far as supervision and expectations are concerned. They can also be a bit intense about taking time off unless you have worked there for a long time.
